Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Pour into a large zip-top plastic bag. Add chicken; seal bag, and marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes, turning occasionally.

. Remove chicken from bag; reserving marinade. Pour marinade into a 1-cup glass measure, and microwave at HIGH 1 minute or until boiling. Arrange chicken in a foil-lined broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425° for 35 minutes or until done, basting twice with marinade. Remove skin before serving.
