- 4 chicken breast halves boneless, skinless
- 1 cup(s) dry bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon(s) + 2 Tbsp. dijon mustard, divided
- 3 tablespoon(s) honey
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter
- Flatten chicken to 1/4” thickness. In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and 1 tsp. of mustard. In another bowl, combine honey and remaining mustard. Dip chicken in honey-mustard mixture, then coat with crumbs. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in butter on both sides until juice runs clear, about 8 minutes.
