Ingredients

  • 2 quarts half-and-half
  • 1 1/2 cups honey
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Stir together all ingredients, and pour into freezer container of a 1-gallon electric freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Pack with additional ice and rock salt, and let stand 1 hour before serving.
