Honey Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 quarts half-and-half
- 1 1/2 cups honey
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
Preparation
- Stir together all ingredients, and pour into freezer container of a 1-gallon electric freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Pack with additional ice and rock salt, and let stand 1 hour before serving.
