Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick)
  • Cooking spray

Preparation

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Combine first 7 ingredients, and stir well with a whisk.
  3. Place fillets on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Brush with honey mixture; cook 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting frequently with honey mixture.
