These were good & easy - though a bit sticky to eat. It wasn't easy for guests to grab a few & munch on.

A simple yet delicious recipe.

I made these the week I got my October Cooking Light, and boy, are they good! I made them exactly as directed, put them in an airtight container and took them to work. They're a perfect snack! I will make these over and over again.

Extremely easy and very delicious. The end product was not as spicy as I was expecting, so if you like heat, you might want to add more chipotle chile powder. .... Or, just leave it as it is. The end product has a bit of a subtle smoky flavor. I will almost definitely make this again. It's a great snack food to put out for company, or to bring to work.

Was ok, the chipotle flavor was a bit strong for me, and they weren't spicy at all - just a weird smoky flavor. I did use canned chipotle in adobo sauce instead of the powder, and just chopped finely, so maybe that was the problem.

So easy, and brittle like.. Cook a little longer so it sets and not so sticky.. I do this with pecans, walnuts, etc. then keep in the fridge and I love them on salads..

lI'd like to know how you know how much a serving is. It gives the nutritional facts for one serving, but doesn't say how much is a serving.

Quick and easy and nice end result. I didn't have the chipotle chili powder, i just doubled regular chili powder, and it didn't do too much. No spice. But a nice solid recipe good for gifts of a fancy appetizer for good friends!

Quick and easy. Perfect amount of sweetness and spice. Will definitely make again! Be careful when cooking - it scorches very easily.

Super fast and really good. I've only used brown sugar instead of white and they turned out great. I will often break them up and sprinkle on pasta salads - especially pasta salads with a vinegar based dressing. These nuts are very versatile.

Super easy, the nuts came out perfectly glazed and crunchy sweet with just a hint of spice. This will be my go to recipe.
