Honey-Ginger Shrimp and Slaw with Couscous

  • 1/4 cup whole-wheat couscous
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 3 ounces shrimp
  • 2 cups broccoli slaw


  1. Cook couscous according to package directions. Whisk together honey, ginger, lime juice and olive oil; sauté with shrimp in a skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add broccoli slaw and sauté for another 3 minutes. Top couscous with slaw and shrimp.
