Excellent! Quick and so easy. My kids, ages 21 and 17, loved it. I served the salmon over rice, putting the sauce on top of the salmon and let drip on to the rice. I will make for Christmas Eve and for other special occasions. Without a doubt will make again.

I love this recipe. The ginger gives the salmon a fresh flavor. It is easy and fast to make. My mother in law raves about this dish when I made it for her. I like the top of the salmon to have a nice browning so I throw it in the broiler for a couple minutes after the oven baking. Looks professionally made !

I have made this several times and always to "why don't we have this more often?" I'm not usually fond of two steps for cooking, but this is worth it. I do cut back on the honey and it can easily be overcooked if you aren't careful.

Delicious, elegant, nutritious. Recommend serving with slice of lemon.

Fantastic! Cut recipe in half and used regular clover honey. So simple and delicious.

Delicious with or without the ginger. Served with basmati rice. Quick, easy, healthy, minimal clean-up. A winner!

This was really fantastic! One of the best salmon recipes I've ever tried. Baking it before broiling cooked it perfectly and kept it from charring too much. I don't know what "sage honey" is so I sprinkled some ground sage in regular honey...which is probably not what it is. :) But it was good like that. If you do use regular honey, I suggest using only 1/3 cup because the honey flavor is pretty intense. This one is definitely a keeper!!
