Ingredients

  • 3 Medium Sized Potatoes, Soaked and Peeled
  • 2 Medium Sized Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 2 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 2 tsp Soya Sauce
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Chili Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 3 tbsp Corn Flour
  • ½ tsp Red Chili Flakes
  • Oil for fry
  • Water as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame seed ( for Garnishing)
  • Green Onion ( for Garnishing)

Preparation

  1. Cooking Time: 20-25 Mins
  2. Step 1: Cut the potatoes in finger shape wedges.
  3. Step 2: Take a bowl add corn flour, salt, few drop water and make a smooth batter. Keep aside for few minutes
  4. Step 3: Heat oil in a pan. Dip the potatoes in to the batter and fry till the turns in to golden. Drain fried potatoes on absorbent paper
