- 4 cups diced chicken
- 3 stalk(s) celery
- 1 cup(s) dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup(s) honey
- 1 cup(s) mayo
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup(s) toasted pecans,chopped
- mix first five ingredients and add last two dressing ingredients that have been stirred together. To get four cups of chicken, cook four breasts with poultry seasoning, salt to taste, pepper, pinch of thyme, until tender. Cool and debone, cutting into small pieces.
