1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Combine coffee and next 3 ingredients, stirring with a whisk. Add granulated sugar and next 3 ingredients, stirring with a whisk.
3. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flour and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in center of mixture. Gradually add honey mixture, stirring with a whisk just until blended. Stir in almonds.
4. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
5. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched in center. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Sift powdered sugar over top of cake.
