Honey-Balsamic Vinaigrette

Store extra in the refrigerator. Shake well before using.


Makes 1 cup

3 shallots, minced
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil


Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; whisk in olive oil. Serve over mixed greens.
