Honey-Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • Yield: Makes 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 3 shallots, minced
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; whisk in olive oil. Serve over mixed greens.
