- 3 shallots, minced
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; whisk in olive oil. Serve over mixed greens.
