With just 5 ingredients, with most already in your pantry, you can whip up homemade Honey-Balsamic Vinaigrette to complement your favorite salad greens.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

How to Make It

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, mustard and honey until well combined. Slowly drizzle in oil in a steady steam, whisking constantly. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate. Whisk or shake well before using.
