Roll dough into an 8 x 4-inch rectangle, and proceed. Cut dough into 8 (8 x 1/2-inch) strips. Arrange dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 425° for 8 minutes. Combine honey and melted butter; brush over hot breadsticks. Place almonds in a shallow dish, and roll breadsticks in almonds.
