  • 1 cup nonfat buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt-based spread (such as Brummel & Brown)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

How to Make It
