How to Make It

Step 1

Freeze 2 small freezer-safe glasses 10 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, bring strawberries, sugar, and 1 cup water to a boil in a small saucepan; boil 10 minutes or until slightly thickened and reduced. Pour strawberry mixture through a fine wire-mesh strainer into a small bowl, reserving strawberries for another use. Cover syrup, and chill 2 hours.

Step 3

Pour 3/4 cup milk and 3 Tbsp. strawberry syrup into each frozen glass, stirring to blend. Refrigerate remaining syrup in an airtight container.
