I used Trader Joe's Lemon Pepper Pappardelle, so my recipe rating does not reflect my opinion of the homemade pappardelle. I thought this was a good recipe and I agree that a little more sauce was needed. The noodles absorbed the broth very quickly.

I made the pasta -- it turned out great! I was skeptical because I've made homemade pasta before and the ratios were much different. But I followed the recipe to a T...the pasta turned out light and perfectly textured. Sauce was very light -- I might add a little more broth because it was absorbed quickly. Overall, great dish.

I didn't make homemade pasta, but I used fresh bow tie pasta and it was a very nice dish. I also used low sodium vegetable broth and didn't add any salt, and it was a low sodium dish that still had great flavor.
