- 1 large pasteurized egg or 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 3 dashes hot sauce
- 1 cup vegetable oil
How to Make It
Combine first 5 ingredients in food processor; process 10 seconds. With processor running, slowly pour oil through food chute. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
