If you’re a fan of Baileys, just wait until you try this homemade Irish cream recipe. Ridiculously simple to whisk up, this DIY cream liqueur is perfect for mixing into hot cocoa or coffee, pouring over ice cream, or enjoying straight-up, poured over ice.
2 cups heavy cream
1 tablespoon dark chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups (16 oz.) Irish Whiskey (such as Jameson)
1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
How to Make It
Whisk together cream and chocolate syrup in a large bowl until well blended. Whisk in extracts. Gradually whisk in Irish whiskey and sweetened condensed milk. Serve over ice.
