  • 8 package(s) Tilapia filets
  • 0.5 cup(s) Gluten Free Flour
  • 3 whole(s) Eggs scrambled
  • 0.5 cup(s) Gluten Free Bread Crumbs
  • 1 cup(s) olive oil

Preparation

  1. Dredge fish slices in GF flour, egg, GF bread Crumbs
  2. Cook in olive oil until cooked through and golden brown (5-8 minutes each)
