Ingredients
- 1 quart(s) Apples Peeled and sliced
- 1 cup(s) Water
- 1/2 cup(s) Sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) Lemon juice
- Cinnamon Optional
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients in a sauce pan and cook until tender. Mash the mixture using a potato masher or an electric mixer until it is smooth. Put the applesauce in an airtight container and place in thhe refrigerator to cool. Once cool, top with a little cinnamon if you like, and enjoy a bowl of fresh applesauce!
