Very good, I put cinnamon in mine which I liked a lot better than plain.

- 1 quart(s) apples peeled and sliced
- 1 cup(s) water
- 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) Lemon juice
- Cinnamon optional
- Put all ingredients in a sauce pan and cook until tender. Mash the mixture using a potato masher or an electric mixer until it is smooth. Put the applesauce in an airtight container and place in the refrigerator to cool. Once cool, top with a little cinnamon if you like, and enjoy your bowl of fresh applesauce!
