Ingredients
- 1 quart(s) apples peeled and sliced
- 1 cup(s) water
- 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) Lemon Juice
- Cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
- Put all of the ingredients into a sauce pan and cook until tender. Mash the mixture using a potato masher or an electric mixer until it is smooth. Put the applesauce in an airtight container and place in the fridge. Once cool, top with a little cinnamon if you wish, and enjoy a bowl of fresh applesauce!
