Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Stir together mayonnaise, olive oil, chives, Dijon mustard, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
