Hollandaise Dressing
This recipe goes with Eggs Benedict Sandwiches
Yield: Makes 3/4 cup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- Stir together mayonnaise, olive oil, chives, Dijon mustard, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
