This was really good. I wasn't sure how to do the lettuce "cups," so I just used large romaine leaves and made "boats." I had to make a little extra of the sauce that the meat goes into at the end. Then I just shredded the meat with two forks. The whole family really liked it. We'll be making it again soon!

We really enjoyed this recipe. We used butter lettuce (aka Boston Bibb). It worked perfectly.
