Hoisin-Grilled Chicken with Soba Noodles

    This was a pretty darn good recipe! For the hoisin sauce on the chicken, I used black vinegar instead of Worcestershire & balsamic, as suggested in the magazine. It was probably my favorite part of the meal! The noodles are very lightly dressed - I might double the amount of dressing next time because they seemed a bit dry. I made the Cucumber-Peanut Salad with it - what a great side to compliment this dish! Yum. The husband was very happy too.

    We liked this a lot. I added some chopped cilantro with the green onions. Bean sprouts would also be a good add. Cucumber salad on the side made for a quick, easy, and delicious weeknight dinner.

    Nice presentation. Used snow peas instead of sugar snap peas and hubby cooked on grill.

    I also liked this recipe and found it fairly simple to make. Like the last reviewer I think the sauce for the noodles could be more to cover all the noodles (had and used leftover linguine, which was fine!). Didn't make the side dish with cucumber but will next time I make this.

    Very tasty recipe. The whole thing was easy to put together. I did use Dreamfields pasta as my store didn't carry the soba noodles. I have made this twice once with soba noodles and both times it tasted great. I made the cucumber peanut salad but my family preferred my regular marinated cucumber salad than this recipe. Will definitely make this again.
