This is a great weeknight dinner--a little different than the usual baked chicken & super quick. I did use bone-in skinless thighs & broiled them a few minutes more, but the glaze was very tasty. Served with brown rice & sugar snaps.

This had very little flavor. We changed the cooking method to grilling. I served this with CL's Barley and Mushroom Casserole which was also a major disappointment. Very unsual that we hit a dud, and we got two in one night.
