Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Cooking spray
1/3 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons dry sherry
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons bottled minced garlic
2 teaspoons bottled minced fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 pound chicken breast tenders
3 cups bagged broccoli florets
1 (8-ounce) can whole water chestnuts, drained

Preparation

Heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Combine broth and the next 7 ingredients (broth through sesame oil). Add chicken to pan, and sauté 2 minutes. Add broccoli, and sauté 5 minutes. Add chestnuts, and sauté 2 minutes. Add broth mixture, and cook 1 1/2 minutes or until sauce is slightly thick, stirring constantly.
