This is EXCELLENT! I serve it with tortilla chips and rarely ever have leftovers when I serve this. Great taste!
Hill Country Salsa

Yield: 7 cups
Ingredients
- 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (11-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 4 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 avocado, peeled and chopped
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 large jalapeño pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently. Cover and chill.
