Three pantry-friendly ingredients are all that's needed for our Hill Country Rub that sends Smoked Beef Tenderloin over the top.
Makes 1 3/4 cups
1 1/2 cups kosher salt
1/4 cup coarsely ground black pepper
2 tablespoons ground red pepper
Stir together kosher salt, coarsely ground black pepper, and ground red pepper. Store in an airtight container up to 6 months.
