  1. Hidden Valley Ranch Meat Balls

  2. 1 lb. lean ground beef
  3. 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (original milk mix)
  4. 2 T. butter or margarine
  5. 1/2 C. beef broth

  6. Combine ground beef and salad dressing mix. Shape into balls.

  7. Melt margarine or butter in skillet and brown meat on all sides. Add broth. Cover and simmer until cooked (10 to 15 minutes). Serve warm with wooden picks. Makes 2 dozen.
