Yield: Makes 6 servings
- 3 cups hibiscus tea (such as Celestial Seasonings Red Zinger)
- 3 cups ginger ale
- Fresh pineapple spear
- Fresh mango, sliced
- In a pitcher, mix together the tea and ginger ale. Serve over ice in a tall glass with the pineapple spear. Add the mango to the glass before serving.
