  • 2 cups kosher salt
  • 15 large cloves garlic, peeled and cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon celery seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried whole oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

How to Make It

  1. Place salt in container of an electric blender; add garlic while processing at high speed. Add remaining ingredients; process until well blended. Store in airtight containers. Use in vegetables or salads.
