Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

  1. Whisk together all ingredients; chill until ready to serve or up to 8 hours.
