Herbed Yogurt Spread

Ingredients

1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Whisk together all ingredients; chill until ready to serve or up to 8 hours.
