  • 1 tablespoon minced shallots
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 (6-ounce) tuna steak (about 3/4 inch thick)
  • Cooking spray
  • Black Bean Confetti Relish

How to Make It
