1 (14.5-ounce) can no-salt-added whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon no-salt-added tomato paste
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
How to Make It
Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring constantly, 4 minutes or until tender. Add basil, oregano, and fennel seeds; cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes. Serve with pasta.
