  • 1/2 cup diced carrot
  • 1 cup snow peas, halved crosswise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make It
