Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
- Arrange beans in a vegetable steamer. Steam, covered, 9 minutes or until crisp-tender. Place in a serving bowl; toss with butter. Add parsley and remaining ingredients; toss gently.
