1 pound green beans, trimmed
2 teaspoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
How to Make It
Arrange beans in a vegetable steamer. Steam, covered, 9 minutes or until crisp-tender. Place in a serving bowl; toss with butter. Add parsley and remaining ingredients; toss gently.
