Heat oven 350. Line muffin tin or use paper liners. Whisk flour through salt. In another bowl, whisk herbs through sour cream. Crumble soft goat cheese into egg mixture and stir in grated goat cheese and figs. Add to flour, gently folding together. Bake 20-25 min.
