    I changed the thyme for tarragon. I made this with salmon teriyaki. The taste was delicate enough not to overshadow the fish but still full of flavor to want to do it again. Simple and delicious!

    used my "go to" Oregon Flavor Rack no salt garlic and herb seasoning instead of thyme. Served with a stuffed fillet of sole, it was awesome!

    This was my first time making couscous and I was nervous about how it would turn out and how it would taste. I couln't believe how easy it was to put together!!! The taste was excellent, much better than the plain white rice I would've normally served! My 3-year-old loved it too!!

    Quick easy recipe. I think the fresh herbs were key to making this a tasty side dish. Will make again.
