- 1 cup uncooked couscous
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir in couscous; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Stir in parsley, butter, garlic, lemon juice, kosher salt, and pepper.
