Herbed Cotija Cheese

Yield Makes 1 1/4 cups
Serve over Grilled Corn.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crumbled Cotija cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • Melted butter
  • Fresh lime wedges

How to Make It

  1. Toss together crumbled Cotija cheese, cilantro, chives, chili powder, and lime zest. Brush corn with melted butter; sprinkle with Herbed Cotija Cheese. Serve with fresh lime wedges.
