  • 1 pound cooked small bay shrimp
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 thinly sliced scallions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped tarragon
  • Salt and pepper


  1. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, mayonnaise, scallions, tarragon, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.

    Serve chilled with rye crackers.
