This simple dressing is brightly herbaceous, lusciously rich, and almost too easy to whip up. Incredibly versatile, the creamy avocado dressing can be drizzled over anything from a summery tomato salad to grilled steak. And if you leave out the water, creating a thicker mixture, you have a delicious dip for crudité.

How to Make It

Step 1

Combine oil, tahini, avocado, basil, parsley, mint, salt, pepper, garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice in the bowl of a food processor; process until smooth, scraping down the of the bowl as needed.

Step 2

Add water, starting with ¼ cup. Process and add more water, if needed, to reach desired consistency.
