We made this for Thanksgiving yesterday and it was a hit. I used two loaves of Pugliese bread, crusts included, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. The herbs were really flavorful and the apricots a nice punch of sweetness and tartness. The whole family asked me to make sure we kept the recipe for next time.
