Herb Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions

How to Make It

  1. Whisk together vinegar, mustard, and honey in a small bowl. Add olive oil, whisking constantly until combined. Stir in scallions.
